Eliot Rudolph was born in Lincolnshire, England, and trained at the Joyce Mason School of Dance and as a York scholar with Louise Brown. He continued his training at Central School of Ballet, graduating in 2000. He has since danced with the Atlanta Ballet, English National Ballet, Bejart Ballet, Scottish Ballet, Baardar Norsk Dance Theatre, English National Opera, Israel Ballet, and most recently, England’s Northern Ballet Theatre.
Eliot has also made several television and film appearances including roles in The Bill, Mile High and Johnny English. Since joining the Royal New Zealand Ballet in 2004 Eliot has danced in all current repertoire including Lord Arthur in Dracula and The Groom in Les Noces. Last year he performed the role of the Designer in Christopher Hampson's Cinderella.
