Ingrid Gow knew from an early age she wanted to dance. She joined the Royal New Zealand Ballet in 2007 having just graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance (NZSD) with a National Certificate and a National Diploma in Dance Performance.
Born and raised in Sydney, Ingrid trained at the Academy Ballet from the age of four until 16 when she attended the NZSD in Wellington. She is a self-professed ‘serious’ bookworm. Last year, her debut performance in Tutus On Tour was praised by the Dominion Post. “New recruit, Ingrid Gow, offers an aristocratic line coupled with a naturalness that already makes her one to watch.”
